West Coast Hip-Hop: A History in Pictures

Creased 501′s, Dickies, plain white pro-clubs, chucks, nike cortez, bandanas, forty ounces, dominoes, dice, house parties, gangsta rap etc. All of this encompasses the West Coast hip-hop lifestyle that was prominent during the 90′s. Though many of us grew out of this lifestyle, I know it is still alive in many of our hearts. Photographer, Michael Miller, takes us back to those days with a coffee table book of never before seen photographs of rap artists that helped us live that West Coast hip-hop lifestyle. Michael Miller had the opportunity to hang with the likes of Tupac, Cypress Hill, Snoop, NWA and many more. The book also contains short stories of his experiences with each rap artist. Support the West Coast and get your hands on this. Bang-Bang!
