One Day on Earth is the first film made in every country of the world on the same day. The documentary is a great achievement in film capturing different cultures, religions, and life stories. Not only does the film show interconnectedness worldwide but the actual making of it follows that idea by using volunteer filmmakers assembled by a participatory media experiment. I’m very excited for this film not only for it’s content and visual aesthetics but for it’s excellent contributors for their soundtrack with the likes of Sigur Ros, Beirut, Cut Chemist, Fela Kuti, Mum, and more. #WidenyourWorldView #KillerSoundtrack
