“Sleeping Ute” is the first glimpse at Grizzly Bear’s untitled album. The track is pretty heavy and a little more in your face. I’m hoping more of the tracks will be this way. In the words of Ed Droste on how the follow up to Veckatimest will sound like he says, “the drums and vocals are clearer and louder. It’s not as dreamy and pastoral and sleepy as past efforts, and there’s a lot of raw vocal takes, which is something we don’t normally do.”
