Sunday Bikes was founded in 2005 by pro BMX rider Eric Licthenberger. According to Eric, bike frames were suffering from a “weight versus strength” issue. With Sunday Bikes, he wanted to come up with a solution to the reliability problems riders were encountering with their bike frames. Eric’s answer to the problem: hollow dropouts, Wave tubing, 41-Thermal® heat-treating alongside groundbreaking technical designing.
